Hot Flow (Vinyasa Flow)

Hot flow is a 60min class that is practiced in a specially heated room (37C to 39C). Hot Flow is an invigorating class designed to link movement with fluidity and breath. This class will build strength, improve flexibility, and increase core stability. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles. Class suitable for all levels of experience.

Hot Power Flow

Power Flow is a 60min class that is practiced in a specially heated room (37C to 39C). Power Flow is a fun, energetic and fast-paced class. Synchronizing breath with movement, you will flow (vinyasa) through various postures, improving cardiovascular health and strength-building workout. This class is suitable for all levels, but some experience is recommended.

 

Warm Flow

Warm flow is a 60 min class with the same integration of breath and movement as Hot Flow, just practiced in reduced heat (30C). This class will build strength, improve flexibility, and increase core stability. Great for beginners who are hesitant about the heat or about yoga in general. Class suitable for all levels of experience.

 

Warm Yin

Warm Yin is a 60min class that is taught in a warm room (30C). Warm Yin is a sweet blend of slow, deliberate and meditative postures that are held for extended periods of time, which emphasizes an opening and stretching of the myofascial and muscle tissues. This is the perfect class to relieve tension and tightness and leave you feeling rested and restored. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.

 

Hot Yin 75min

Hot Yin is a 75 minute class that is offered in a hot environment (37C-39C). It is a sweet blend of slow, deliberate and meditative postures that are held for extended periods of time, which emphasizes an opening and stretching of the myofascial and muscle tissues. This is the perfect class to relieve tension and tightness and leave you feelings rested and restored. This class is suitable for all levels of experience.

 

Warm Beginner Flow Yoga

Warm Beginner Flow is a 60min class that is practiced in a warm environment (30C) The class is slower-paced, designed to cover the basics, and teaches you the fundamentals of the postures. This is the perfect class for those who are  just getting started with their practice.

 

Hot Flow HIPS

Hot flow HIPS is a 60min class that is taught in a specially heated room (37C to 39C). Hot Flow HIPS is similar to HOT FLOW which is an invigorating class designed to link movement with fluidity and breath. This class will build strength, improve flexibility, and increase core stability. This class will focus more on HIP opening, hips are known to be one of the tightest areas of your body. Attend this class to open your hips and feel the benefits!   Class suitable for all levels of experience. Change it up and challenge yourself!
